These terms govern your use of the SeaVera AI corporate website at seavera.ai (the "Site"). SeaVera AI ("SeaVera", "we", "us") builds consumer products, including NexusHeart and SureVault. By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is an informational and marketing website. You may view and share its content for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, access it through automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Our products

Each SeaVera product (for example NexusHeart and SureVault) is provided under its own in-app terms of service and privacy policy, which govern your account and any data you provide within that product. The Site links to those products but does not provide their services or process their account data. Where these Site terms conflict with a product's own terms for that product, the product's terms control.

Intellectual property

The SeaVera AI name, logo, page content, and design are owned by SeaVera AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or use them except as permitted by these terms or with our prior written consent.

Third-party links and sign-in

The Site and our products may link to or integrate third-party services (for example, identity sign-in providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeaVera AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
